So many things have happened since Valentines Day. The days go by so quick, don't they? I don't want to bore you with my journal, so if you happen to want to hear the highlights of my life, or what I have done the past 3 weeks, feel free to read

I had so much fun on Saturday the 28th!!! That was our school's band festival. So every year, the 7th and 8th graders from my school go to a high school in our school district to be judged. We invite other schools to perform and be judged after performing. The purpose of this is to see how you can improve your band. We went to North High for this. So for half an hour your band warms up in the warm up room, perform in the auditorium for half an hour, then one of the judges goes into the clinic room with the comments they took during the performance, and for another half an hour they try to critique you and tell you their thoughts on your pieces. Our band didn't have to be there for the performance until 11. I was a host this year. I worked in the warm up room with Curtis, Mike, Logan, Leroy, and some others. What we did was from 7 A.M-2 P.M. we were in the warm up room, setting up chairs and stands for the other schools to practice room. Each school had a different schedule. When we were done, we could stay in the warm up room, or we could listen to the band performing in the backstage. There was this one band that tuned for EVER. The thing was, they were this really good prep school. We had another prep school who played the Pirates of the Caribbean piece. The 8th graders last year played that, and we are hoping we get to play it this year. The helpers got pizza. The pizza had aluminum foil around it, so we were making aluminum airplanes and throwing them into the trashcan whenever we were waiting for more bands to come. I had my black and white checkered headband on, and Mike kept on taking it off, and he put it on once...I have had past experiences with spreading of hair things which I won't get into now. That kid has a fedish with hair. You'll be in band, and he'll go up to girl and mess up their hair. My hair is this reddish/ brown cool color, but we will be putting these chemicals in my hair soon to take out all of my hair color, and I will be left with my natural hair color, which I haven't seen in a little over a year ago. My natural hair color is dirty-dishwater-blond, so I can't wait to see it. Then we will dye it blond in the spring after my natural hair color comes in. Anyway, it was a fun day. But I swear, this band teacher from West looked JUST like the lead singer of LUDO, Andrew Volpe. I was in shock of how alike they looked. I was wanting to take a picture of him. We will be going to a competition in the spring against West and other schools, and then we go to Six Flags, so I am hoping he is there, so I can take a picture and he won't think I am weird, because he won't know I am taking it. Good plan, huh? Yeah, I am not crazy. I did see some old friends who don't go to my school anymore due to that whole boundary line change. Ughh. I don't like the boundary line change. Well, I saw a guy trumpet player who used to go to our school, Nick. He remembered me, taking in the fact the last time I saw him was whenever I had blond hair, like beach blond. Now it is red. This one girl who goes to Dubre didn't even look at me. I think she forgot about me. On top of that, I believe she wouldn't have recognized me. That is a disadvantage with hair color. Well, unless and of course there is someone you really don't like, so they won't know you are you. Haha!

March 6 2008 was my friend from youth group's birthday. It was his 17th birthday. I went to his house with a lot of people from my youth group. We were in his room listening to music practically the whole time. He and Angie were the only ones dancing. More like jusmping to the techno stuff: )He had a strobe light in his room, and our youth pastor brought a gas machine to his house. The party was going to be a poker night, but we ended up listening to music the entire night: ) I love music, so I was satisfied: )I met one of my new music buddies who likes Bryan Adams, Celtic, and instrumental music. I love instrumental music. My favorite music is Alternative, like MCR, Muse, Ludo, Hot Hot Heat, and Madina Lake.(Madina Lake's new cd Attics To Eden comes out April 28th 2009: ) I love music with just instruments, which is what she had: ) Like the Vitamin String Quartet. AND WE BOTH LOVE MICHAEL BUBLE AND HARRY CONNICK JR.!!!!!!!! Go Jazz!!!

It was my dad's birthday on the March 7th, so my family and some of our friends went bowling.

I got my acceptance letter into JBA, the 3 week college during the summer for a course. I am taking the debate course from July 11-August 1.

I got my ACT scores back. 21.

Talent show is coming up. No one at our school participates, so I might just for fun. In high school usually only the Juniors and Seniors perform since it is hard to perform in high school due to the high turnout, so I might as well do it now. I might play the trumpet, do a song on guitar, or a song on the piano. Who knows.

Our school had another electrical problem. The school went pitch black. My class had some light from a window, so we continued learning algebra.

This Thursday I might try out for the dance team at our high school. I have no experience in dance, like the stuff they want us to do. I am going to a clinic type thing tomorrow night to see if I want to try out. My biggest concern was not being able to do marching band. Thankfullf, I can do both. I'll just have to wear my dance uniform under my marching band uniform, so I can do both: ) Wish me luck: )

I hope everyone is having a great year. 24 is better than ever. Oh!!!1 MCR is supposed to come out with a new cd this year. I can't wait: )
